Although our sensei Rick Wilmott has earned Black Belts in 10 different martial arts systems, his main focus is on the 22 generation old Japanese Warrior-Monk art called Kosho Shorei Ryu. Wilmott’s main teacher in this art is Bruce Jucknik-hanshi, who inherited the art form from his teacher, the late Great Grandmaster James Masayoshi Mitose.
